“*edited* 3rd session went smoothly. Would highly recommend. They are very professional and care about their craft. Lisa and Stephanie were great! Lisa greeted me at the door, the lobby was clean and smelled nice. Stephanie took me back to room , explained lasers we were using, the ice pack and the cold air. Answered all of my questions and had outstanding bedside manner. She made sure I was comfortable with ice breaks, talked to me to keep me distracted. Thoroughly explained aftercare as well . Pain was not as bad as I expected. Black ink laser hurt the most, like little bee stings but not unbearable. Green laser was easiest, like a feather. Red laser was in between, mild discomfort. I can’t wait for my next session! Would give 6 stars if I could 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“I just had my first treatment with Removery. Everyone there is wonderful. So friendly, and they explain everything in detail. The treatment was painful but it was quick. I have 2 tattoos being removed. Both black ink, one is only linework but it goes from my hip into my armpit, the other is a small black and grey tramp stamp (LOL). I was in and out of the treatment room in 20 minutes. There’s barely any discomfort after. Overall I’m super happy with my experience so far. Update, 4 session in and my tattoos are almost gone!”

“I recently moved to the area and switched to the Colonial location because it’s only five minutes from my home. Unfortunately, it’s been a huge disappointment. I’ve only had two appointments at this location, and both experiences were uncomfortable with disappointing results. I much preferred my experience at the Altamonte location. When you first arrive, the staff is very friendly and attentive. However, the moment you raise a concern, the attitude completely changes. During my appointment on May 26, I expressed concerns about the remaining tattoo that is still clearly visible. Instead of discussing my concerns, the technician immediately told me this would be my last treatment and that there was nothing further to discuss. I explained that I could still clearly see the tattoo—it isn’t yellow ink. She insisted she didn’t see anything. At that point, I honestly wondered if she needed glasses because it’s still very visible to me. Rather than addressing my concerns, I felt dismissed. I decided to trust the process and wait until everything healed before saying anything. My skin heals quickly, so I wanted to give it every opportunity to improve before writing this review. Unfortunately, after waiting, I still see the tattoo and I’m not happy with the results. I paid nearly $4,000 for “unlimited” tattoo removal sessions. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect my concerns to be heard instead of being immediately shut down. While the staff appears pleasant and professional on the surface, I felt talked down to the moment I questioned the outcome of my treatment. It felt like they just wanted me to agree and move on, and that’s not acceptable when you’ve invested that kind of money. I didn’t write this review out of frustration immediately after my appointment. I intentionally waited to see if the results improved because I wanted to be fair. Sadly, they didn’t, and I feel it’s important to share my experience. I expected better communication, better customer service, and a willingness to address legitimate concerns. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disappointed.”
