After three sessions so far on my left hand she has helped me understand a lot of the process of removal with black ink and color and how much sun exposure and body placement can affect the process!! “I had ombré powder brows done back in 2020 and while the work itself was well done to last me 6 years, the shape and thickness was ill fitting for my face. I was finally over it decided to inquire about the removal. I had a great experience with the Removery team on Colonial. Lisa was wonderful. She took me in for my consultation. Lisa was very clear and thorough. I was able to immediately start my removal where I was seen by Stephanie. She is the absolute sweetest and attentive to you throughout the process. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible, it went by quickly, and ensured clear post care instructions. I had two sessions and I’m extremely happy with the results.”

Lisa greeted me at the door, the lobby was clean and smelled nice. Stephanie took me back to room , explained lasers we were using, the ice pack and the cold air. Answered all of my questions and had outstanding bedside manner. She made sure I was comfortable with ice breaks, talked to me to keep me distracted. Thoroughly explained aftercare as well . Pain was not as bad as I expected. Black ink laser hurt the most, like little bee stings but not unbearable. Green laser was easiest, like a feather. Red laser was in between, mild discomfort. I can’t wait for my next session! Would give 6 stars if I could 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
