She was incredibly professional, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to my needs without ever making me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I was extremely nervous and scared going into my appointment, but Ivana was so reassuring and compassionate. She helped ease my anxiety and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. I felt genuinely cared for, and I truly appreciate her thoughtful and compassionate approach. Ivana takes her time, listens, and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. “At first I thought it was a expensive treatment but I said, " I am worth it". This is my 4th visit and can't believe the difference since I started. I feel so much better that the tattoos are being removed. It is worth the journey. Daleena performs my treatments and does a Great job. She makes me feel really comfortable with having it done even though it is uncomfortable. The treatment after effects are itchiness, inflammation around site and blistering. I just leave it alone and it heals nicely. It can get intense with wanting to scratch. I also use the petroleum jelly they recommend using. Daleena answers all my questions and is very knowledgeable. The office staff are very friendly, Great with any questions and greeting you when you walk through the door til exiting.Thank you Daleena! Well it's been my 11 visit and my tattoos are getting lighter each time. They were dark and medium size and have three. I recommend you get the package deal because now that it's coming up on my 13 th visit next appt I would of been paying for my treatments.”

“I only leave negative reviews when I feel it’s absolutely necessary. My experience with Removery has been extremely frustrating. During my very first appointment, I made it clear that I was there to have two tattoos removed, yet they only treated one of them. That was the first red flag. Then, an appointment that I had scheduled more than a month in advance was cancelled because they said they “wouldn’t have anyone in the office that day.” Now my second treatment won’t be happening until 12 weeks after my first appointment, even though I was told treatments should be about every 8 weeks. Delays like that can affect the treatment timeline and are extremely inconvenient. Communication has also been terrible. They almost never answer the phone, so if I need to speak with someone, I have to physically drive to the office. Unfortunately, this is the only Removery location in the Tampa area, so I don’t have another location to work with.”

“I am so glad I chose Removery over a med spa. My practitioner did a great job of calming my nerves and communicating every move and action throughout the entire process. If you are on the fence about getting that tattoo removed, get off of it and get into Removery!”

“I had previously left a positive review after having a great experience here. However, on Friday afternoon this past week, an employee called to cancel my upcoming appt (which is scheduled months in advance). The employee stated the whole staff is out of office at a training and she has been calling everyone to cancel. I have my previously scheduled next appt scheduled for next month and they were not able to accommodate me sooner. Here's my issue: When was the all-staff training scheduled and how can you just cancel everyone's appts with no alternative to reschedule them? I am getting 10 tattoos removed and paid a substantial amount of money up front. This slows my process and is extremely inconvenient from a planning perspective. I am a healthcare provider and block my schedule out to accomplish these appts. I have moved standing patients of mine to make these appts and now I am not getting my tattoo removed in the expected timeframe AND I'm not working/making money/seeing my own patients. To call on a Friday afternoon, gives me no time to reschedule my own patients. This is so unprofessional and really frustrating. I'd love to have a conversation with someone in a leadership position. “Beware! If you have a large Tattoo and you will be going there for a couple of years, the patient care you receive definitely gets worse as you go along. Especially if you pay everything all upfront. Everything was great for the first year and since then it’s been nothing but annoying appointment changes, rescheduling issues, an area of My skin accidentally got treated by a laser so now I am burned, and they are not the friendliest anymore like they used to be. It’s definitely gone downhill. I don’t know if it’s because they received my money paid in full upfront so they don’t care about that anymore, or if the place in general has gotten worse over the last couple years. My last several appointments have left me very disappointed dealing with customer service. When I try and reschedule an appointment, nothing is available for months. When they need to reschedule me it’s “take what we’ve got or else we’ll see you at your next visit “.”

“I’ve had Kayla for my last three tattoo removal sessions, and she is wonderful! She’s always kind, makes sure I’m comfortable before starting, and checks in with me throughout the treatment. She is also incredibly fast and efficient. It honestly takes longer to get my drink from the Starbucks next door—and they’re fast too—than it does for Kayla to complete my session. She makes an uncomfortable process as easy as possible. Highly recommend Kayla and Removery!”

“I’m basically a professional tattoo remover at this point. I’ve gone to 4 different specialists throughout the years and Removery is far and away the best. They consider everything and tailor the right plan for the client in a way I’ve never experienced anywhere else. They ice before each treatment, they don’t over treat your body at each appointment to avoid over working your immune and nervous system. Doing too much at once can result in poor results, not healing properly which can lead to scarring and other immune conditions. Less is more when removing tattoos so giving your body enough time to fully heal the area before hitting it again actually removes the ink faster. Hitting it too soon results in an ineffective treatment. I didn’t know this before going to them and it’s proving to work much better than getting treated too often. The staff are so kind, patient and accommodating. Will never go anywhere else again 🙌🏻”

“*** update to the update!*** A year in and I still fullly stand by my review! Everyone has been really great to work with. They are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The studio atmosphere and enviornment has been consistent. Its clean, comfortable, relaxing vibe. I've had zero issues with the removal process - I've had no blistering, no scaring, no infection, nothing alarming. Red? Yes. Swelled? Yes. Sore? Yes. But all normal! Im so thankful to have Removery as my resource for full tattoo removal. I had a large, colorful piece - so my journey is a long one... not sure if be able to stick it out anywhere else. I feel so good about my decisions to remove and to do that through Removery. *** update to original post *** 4th visit down and everyone is still incredibly awesome!! The facility is always super clean! The rooms are large, and bright. Aftercare is super easy! Ice and vasoline are my bffs. After just a few sessions on each tattoo, I can already see fading. She was very thorough with her explanations and my expectations I signed up to start removing a tattoo I have regretted for 15 years.
