“Been coming here for about a year now and have always had a pleasant experience. Getting an entire sleeve removed is quite a long process but Ive enjoyed every appointment Ive ever had. The appointments are always super fast and Im in and out within 30 minutes. They are super accommodating with my work schedule only being able to come in on Saturdays. Cant say enough nice things about the cleanliness, timeliness and especially the staff.”

“There has been a complete staff turnover here in the last few months. The technician and staff are all kind but I noticed several differences that gave me pause - the technician never did a test zap to check the power of the laser and instead just forged ahead into all three of my tattoos, she lasered several areas outside my tattoos and missed other actual ink (like she didn’t see the ink and just made up the outlines?!), and she touched me several times with the laser, which I pray was properly sanitized. I’ve been getting my tattoos lasered for years and have never experienced any of the above. Ultimately this studio’s high rating is totally irrelevant now because the people practicing are all gone.”
