“I have a very large back tattoo with thick black ink. I had session #5 last month, which was the third sesson for the top half of my tattoo. Today was session #6, the third session for the bottom half of my tattoo. Alex and Sam were great for these sessions. They work quickly and apply ice packs at intervals to help minimize discomfort. I am grateful to have such knowledgeable and professional technicians to perform my tattoo removal. “Alex has been absolutely wonderful throughout my tattoo removal. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer any questions I have. From the very first appointment, she was transparent about the process and took the time to explain everything before it happened, which made me feel comfortable and confident. “I have tried different companies for laser removal with positive results, even different locations from this same company, and from all the places this one is my favorite. Usually Alex is my first choice, but I'm just as happy when I work with Sam. Today I had another treatment with Sam and everything went as good as it could go. Today we were working on my right hand and fingers which they are a 15 out of 10 on the pain scale and as you get close to the nails I would say it's a 300 out of 10 and for what it was she made it the least painful possible which I really appreciated. “Alex and Sam are absolutely amazing. They are so sweet; great vibes all around. I came here in a panic after getting my eyebrows microbladed. Alex explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel pressured into the procedure at all. A little pricey for microblading removal at $400/session, but it’s absolutely worth it. They made sure to do a test piece to see if the pigment was going to lift correctly. They took their time and really explained all of the benefits, all of the risks. I felt I was making an informed decision while I was there. I was so nervous about pain but they made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Honestly, I thought the icepack they held on my face was worse than the laser. The pigment lifted out wonderfully! Alex even reached out in the days after treatment to make sure everything was okay! Highly recommend. My eyebrows are still a little wonky because the treatment is fresh. The ink is still fading, plus I’m waiting for the hair to grow back after the laser burnt some off. But they look SO MUCH BETTER. Check them out! I’m so happy I have my face back. Easily the best $400 I have ever spent. If you’re thinking about booking here, do it”

“I got SMP removal on my scalp last week and my scalp is completely infected and spreading, even with the proper aftercare directions. It just spread the ink instead of removing it. Highly regret this decision and would have rather had the old SMP back. Now I’m dealing with open scalp wounds and it’s painful. Worst decision I ever made was to step inside of that place.”
