“I had 1 treatment with the second treatment scheduled 2 months after the first. I was notified @5 days before my upcoming second visit that Removery needed to cancel. When I called to schedule, the earliest they had was in October or I could travel @ 1.5 hrs away to go to another location. While I understand staff changes, priority should be given to those already in the treatment process. Not going back. Can’t recommend this lack of customer service.”

“Excellent Kyle and the rest of staff was professional from start to finish.Kyle got me in quickly for a free consultation and then shortly after I Had several of my face tats removed I was mostly scared because of after effects.It was virtually painless no numbing creams or anything just an annoying pop noise and sting feeling on my face(from laser) but I definitely recommend them For any tattoo removal.They were easy to deal with an patient with me.10/10 And they price was more than Fair”

“Such a rip off. You’re much better off finding an independent clinic, as I’ve since learned Removery is known for stuff like this. Over $400 for a single session on a medium sized tattoo that was nearly faded already (thanks to another clinic) where they didn’t even go over the full tattoo and clearly spaced out the zaps too wide. I previously had 6 sessions at another clinic out of the country and saw significant progress after every single session. I’ve now had two sessions at Removery using the same laser with ZERO progress over the last year. I called them immediately after I left the clinic (this was back in January), and asked if I could return so they could go over the spots that were missed. The person who worked on me admitted that she spaced it out too wide, but there was nothing she could do to fix it. $850+ gone for no improvement.”
