“One star for friendliness. That’s all. They sold my husband a 3 session pack because they made it sound like that would suffice. He has small finger tattoos. After applying and getting approved for that (almost $1000 paid over 12 months) the lady that actually did the laser part of it said he wouldn’t even begin to see results till session 4 or 5. After session 3 they tried to get him to buy an additional 3 session pack. He’s just gonna get a coverup at this point. Had we known ahead of time we would have opted for the complete removal plan. So if you’re reading this… go with that. Because 3 probably won’t be enough. They were friendly though. So they have that going for them.”

Jalissa went the extra mile for me and another client by giving us ice packs while we waited for our appointment. She went into detail about the laser and the difference between removing black and color and what the treatment will look like. She was knowledgeable on the removal of my tattoo that’s already had removal sessions done and the other ones that were getting laser removal done for the first time.
