“After today, my review for this location has changed. Javier clearly doesn’t understand proper customer service. He changed my appointment by telling me via text instead of calling and asking. So I called to explain that it wasn’t okay, and instead of listening, he got sassy. When I tried to explain further, he said I was yelling. My voice is naturally loud, and when someone like Javier talks over me instead of listening, of course I’m going to raise it more. I’m the customer, not your enemy. If I’m trusting someone to laser my body, I expect the same treatment I had on day one of trusting this company. I’ve never brought negativity to them, but today changed that. The way they handled my concerns and dismissed how upset I was made it clear that once they got my money, they stopped caring. When it comes to changing appointments, you should respect your patients’ time and communicate properly not just decide for them.”

“I have no idea what happened... I confirmed my appt for tomorrow just yesterday and today I was notified my appt was cancelled without any explanation. To make matters worse, I called the shop directly a couple times and left 2 messages in an effort to recover that appt before someone else takes it and there is no one answering the phones. The recorded system directs you to another number and says to "press 2" for immediate customer service and guess what.... FIVE TIMES I called that number and it just sends me back to the original place I called where someone is STILL not available to take my call. I left yet another message. I have been looking forward to my treatment for 6 weeks because my eyebrows are now green and they need to be zapped again and now I don't even know what is happening. I'm leaving the area in 2 weeks and they said last time they were booked 6 weeks out so I can't reschedule.... I don't live here.... I live in an RV and will be leaving the state of CA for at least the next year. I guess they don't want my money. I am not happy.”
