“Consistently I have an appointment and when I show up they are running 20-30 minutes behind schedule. The first time I thought it was a fluke but this is the third time in a row and now I am quite frustrated with this location especially considering you pay up front, so now I am stuck going to a place that is CONSTANTLY running behind schedule. Highly disappointed with this company and location. They need to start adding buffer room are turn away clients if they show up late. Something must change with HHQ policy.”
