“Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating experience. My consultation was rescheduled twice, and after waiting for a week I was told the consultant would be out for the rest of the month. The only Zoom appointment offered was during my work hours, and the only other option was to travel to another location. I understand emergencies happen, but repeatedly rescheduling clients without offering reasonable alternatives wasted my time. Instead of waiting for multiple reschedules, I could have booked with another studio and already had my consultation. I ended up deciding to go elsewhere. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication because this experience felt very unprofessional.”

“I’ve been seeing Disney for several years now. I’ve come across his service when he first worked at a clinic on Miramar Rd pre-Covid. Got my first tattoo removed without any issues. Post Covid, I bought a tattoo removal package at a very well known laser place where they offer more than just tattoo removals. Honestly, probably one of the worst financial decisions I’ve ever made. I purchased a 10 session package and all I can say is that none of my tattoos (quoted for three tattoo removals) faded even in the slightest bit. Looking back at it now, I wonder if that was intentional, to force you to buy more sessions after your 10th one. Wouldn’t even offer a partial refund. So I pulled the plug and canceled my sessions at the other place and did some research and came across Removery, which I noticed received great reviews. During my first session, I came across Disney again and I guess it was fate because he has took care of me from day one. Still had my first tattoo removal pics saved in his system. Not only is he super knowledgeable with the removal process but walks you through every step and makes the whole experience super easy and comforting. I just received my fourth session and all I can say is that all three tattoos are showing significant progress and are fading away very well I totally recommend this place! Absolutely no regrets!”
