They explained to me because my SMP was so dark due to several applications (I had it touched up 4 times over a 7 year period), it would take several applications to remove my overly darkened SMP procedure. I've been going to this Removery location for a little over 6 months now and I see the color beginning to fade more evenly. “I enjoy my technician and the receptionist at the Riverdale location. Both keep me well informed. My tech is patient and has a calming, friendly demeanor. When I started my process, they used to have larger ice packs. Now they have tiny ones that don’t cover enough of the area at once if you have a larger tattoo. I am requesting that Removery BRING BACK THE LARGE ICE PACKS & CONSIDER USING BLOW POPS (LARGER LOLLIPOPS). ONE STAR REMOVAL BECAUSE OF THE CHANGE TO THOSE SMALL ICE PACKS. The smaller ice packs are an inconvenience. Outside of these two concerns, everything else is top notch.”
