“Th Removery is the BEST! I began my tattoo removal journey by going to a place closer to my home that was predominantly skin care and cosmetology stuff. It was a very small tattoo on my ring finger that I wanted off as part of my divorce. They said they could remove my tattoo, but it was super expensive with a cost per visit. My tattoo was jade green, and they were trying to remove it using the red wavelength - somewhere around 540 nm. The first treatment did get some of it off, but after three more treatments which cost me $150 each, nothing more was coming off. While visiting my daughter in a different state I went for a tattoo removal at a place near her house. They used the green wavelength (700 something nm), and it made a huge difference! When I got back home, I found the Removery, and they quoted me one price to completely remove the tattoo no matter how many visits it required. It was less than I had already paid for my other five treatments. The Removery alternated between different wavelengths and the tattoo is almost gone!! The people who work there are so friendly and kind. They really know what they are doing! I am so thankful for the Removery and the service they provide.”

“I went to Removery in Vienna to get laser removal for microblading. They did not cover the entire area evenly, and I had to fight them for weeks to even get a half refund. I went to another place and they confirmed, it was done unevenly. I still believe I should have received a full refund because I always knew it wasn’t done properly. The new place charged me $50 for a test spot, and it was done better and more evenly than the $400 I paid per session (I got 2 done), and it did absolutely nothing. If anything, it actually looked darker, and I waited 3 months to see full healed results. I regret every dollar I’ve spent here and every minute I’ve spent trying to get them to understand my frustration.”

“I recently visited this shop and had BentheTitan work on my forearm tattoos. I spent the whole day in there getting some really nice work done. Ben was very considerate of what I wanted and made multiple attempts to sketch out exactly what I asked for. The whole time I was in the shop he was able to assist other customers without deviating from me. It really seemed like he was the glue that holds that shop together. Throughout my appt other artist were able to take multiple walk ins and still take care of the appts they had. The entire staff from the lady that worked the front desk to all the artist were very attentive to the customers and had very friendly demeanors. The shop was very clean and well organized which is a huge plus for me while getting tattooed. The vibe was right, the music was good. Every artist seemed very interested in each others work and having a light work atmosphere. Going back to add color to my forearm and will definitely plan another tattoo from this shop!”

“Had a great experience. Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was not very visible (easy to find) but I received great instructions by text before my appt on how to find the location. Clean and professional place. I have been to another laser tattoo removal center and it was sooooo much more painful, surprisingly it was not very painful here. The first few zaps stung a bit but then I must’ve got numb because I didn’t feel it anymore. And it goes by quickly. They also have the best price of all the places I’ve received a quote from. So excited for this journey.”
