Washington D.C. - Vienna

“As always I’m very pleased with my experience at Removery. I had to go to a new location in VA due to work and was very happy with my service.”

“Th Removery is the BEST! I began my tattoo removal journey by going to a place closer to my home that was predominantly skin care and cosmetology stuff. It was a very small tattoo on my ring finger that I wanted off as part of my divorce. They said they could remove my tattoo, but it was super expensive with a cost per visit. My tattoo was jade green, and they were trying to remove it using the red wavelength - somewhere around 540 nm. The first treatment did get some of it off, but after three more treatments which cost me $150 each, nothing more was coming off. While visiting my daughter in a different state I went for a tattoo removal at a place near her house. They used the green wavelength (700 something nm), and it made a huge difference! When I got back home, I found the Removery, and they quoted me one price to completely remove the tattoo no matter how many visits it required. It was less than I had already paid for my other five treatments. The Removery alternated between different wavelengths and the tattoo is almost gone!! The people who work there are so friendly and kind. They really know what they are doing! I am so thankful for the Removery and the service they provide.”

“I’ve been going to Removery in Vienna, VA for multiple tattoo removals, and I truly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. This place has been life‑changing for me, and the staff—especially Katie and Ashley—are the reason why. Katie - The customer success representative, is incredible at what she does. Tattoo removal can be intimidating, but she makes the entire process feel easy and stress‑free. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer every question. From consultations to scheduling, she makes you feel supported, understood, and completely comfortable. Ashley - One of The laser technician (aka the one who “zaps” you!), is equally amazing. Laser removal can be painful at other places, but Ashley’s technique creates minimal discomfort. She knows the laser process inside and out and explains exactly what to expect before, during, and after each session. Her confidence and expertise make every treatment feel safe and manageable. I’ve already fully removed a neck tattoo and am now working on the rest of my tattoos. Every single session has been with Removery, and I’m genuinely grateful this company exists. Removing these tattoos has been—and continues to be—a life‑changing journey, and the Vienna team has supported me every step of the way. If you’re considering tattoo removal, I can’t recommend this location enough.”

“I went to Removery in Vienna to get laser removal for microblading. They did not cover the entire area evenly, and I had to fight them for weeks to even get a half refund. I went to another place and they confirmed, it was done unevenly. I still believe I should have received a full refund because I always knew it wasn’t done properly. The new place charged me $50 for a test spot, and it was done better and more evenly than the $400 I paid per session (I got 2 done), and it did absolutely nothing. If anything, it actually looked darker, and I waited 3 months to see full healed results. I regret every dollar I’ve spent here and every minute I’ve spent trying to get them to understand my frustration.”

“Professional and the whole procedure explained before so no surprises. Ashley was gentle and felt so comfortable”

“i loved the service, she was so kind to me and explained everything and didn’t make me feel bad for asking so much, please come here they have amazing pricing and customer service 💕”

“Katy and the team at Removery in Vienna are great: professional and honest, yet still personable and even fun. I will continue to drive in from over an hour away to see them, until the job is done (or rather undone, lol).”

“Locking it in and getting it done! I am so happy with Removery and my first appointment in my package! Subject matter experts on one thing - tattoo removal. It was fast, yes it hurt a bit - but so did the tattoo going on! Go ahead and be rid of your mistakes. Totally worth it.”

“The staff is super friendly. Ashley does an amazing job at explaining the process and removing the tattoo. My tattoo being removed is pretty extreme and I can see results after my first and second sessions!”

“Ashley the receptionist at Vienna Fairfax understood her assignment.”

“I recently visited this shop and had BentheTitan work on my forearm tattoos. I spent the whole day in there getting some really nice work done. Ben was very considerate of what I wanted and made multiple attempts to sketch out exactly what I asked for. The whole time I was in the shop he was able to assist other customers without deviating from me. It really seemed like he was the glue that holds that shop together. Throughout my appt other artist were able to take multiple walk ins and still take care of the appts they had. The entire staff from the lady that worked the front desk to all the artist were very attentive to the customers and had very friendly demeanors. The shop was very clean and well organized which is a huge plus for me while getting tattooed. The vibe was right, the music was good. Every artist seemed very interested in each others work and having a light work atmosphere. Going back to add color to my forearm and will definitely plan another tattoo from this shop!”

“Had a great experience. Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was not very visible (easy to find) but I received great instructions by text before my appt on how to find the location. Clean and professional place. I have been to another laser tattoo removal center and it was sooooo much more painful, surprisingly it was not very painful here. The first few zaps stung a bit but then I must’ve got numb because I didn’t feel it anymore. And it goes by quickly. They also have the best price of all the places I’ve received a quote from. So excited for this journey.”

“Always so friendly and comforting.”

“Everyone is so kind and nice! Tattoo removal… it hurts…”

“Best place ever for tattoo removal! It’s a long road, but the Removery team sees it through to the end. Shout out to Removery Vienna and Katy. Final session was such a great experience. Thank you for your services Removery. 🫡”

“Where do I begin first of all I didn’t know I had a twin over there not literally, but we have similar birthdays. If she sees this I still wanna wish her a happy early birthday. You guys were wonderful, amazing super respectful. Definitely can’t wait to come back to do my tattoo removal. But I also wanna give credit to the person who was helping me and explaining me all the information she answered all my questions. She was definitely amazing. I wish I got her name, but I don’t know her name when she sees this. She’s definitely gonna know who she is. Thank you guys so much. Looking forward to seeing you guys again.”

“I love this service - and more specifically- this location! The staff are all so nice, and it makes the experience all the better to know I’ll be treated by such friendly people. I feel very comfortable going into all of my sessions. Also, as someone who was getting laser removal treatment years ago and had to stop because of how painful the recovery was, my experience with Removery has gone above and beyond to change my opinion on tattoo removal and its efficacy. The pain is manageable because the technicians are well trained, and the recovery has never gone smoother. Happy to be coming here for the remainder of my sessions.”

“Knowledgeable and professional.”
