“Brittany was amazing🙌🏾. As soon as I walked in for my consultation it started pouring down raining and the lights went out😩. However she still maintained composure and did everything she could with no lights and wifi. She called me a hour later after she was able to send me the financing link and set me up with my first appointment. I made my first payment to go back in a week or so for my first treatment. I’m nervous but ready to start. Payments are manageable and not as costly as other places i’ve inquired with. As a 45 year old Woman I have many tattoos I added as a teen/ young adult and it’s just time to not erase my past per-say but to just move older and wiser with a clean slate. Removery is going to do just that. I’m ready for the ride😬🙂♥️”

“Visited this location due to the original location having a scheduling conflict. Upon arrival, the front desk person was pleasant and checked me in. I went to the back and was instructed to put on googles that were in a drawer and did not appear to be wiped down at any recent moment. There was also hair lingering on the foot area so of course I was not pleased to be in the room. I know the appointments are spread out, so I was attempting to push through. There were other options on the desk, but was not given that choice until the near end of my appointment. The laser was very warm and I never have an issue with my removal process for the abdominal area. I flinched and told her it hurt and could we do it in phases. She did not acknowledge that as there was no change in her behavior. I passed on doing my ankle because I could tell it would hurt even more than usual if I allowed that area to be assessed during my visit. I have what seems to be a scab on my tattooed area and next to the tattoo where there is a random, dot, that area is a visible scab. I will never visit this location again.”

“I have been going to Removery for a year and a half and only chose this location since Decatur no longer had a tech anymore. The Camp Creek location is two hours away from me, but being consistent with my removal is important to me. The girl at the front desk was great and helped me add on more tattoos to my package. The tech, however, appeared very inexperienced. She lacked confidence and was very scattered. She kept having to move her goggles because she couldn't see where my tattoo lines were; and she was missing so many spots. I literally had to point at spots to help her. I even have pinpoint spots outside out my tattoos as well, nowhere close to any ink? I had just added a rib tattoo to my package that day, and it hurt insanely bad but I didn't feel comfortable enough to ask her for a break because of the vibes I got from her. She told me the laser was spicy because it was just serviced, but I think she just cranked the settings way up once she got to my tattoos that have had many more sessions. I've never had a tech break my skin before with the laser until that day. I nearly had a panic attack when I got into my car after this experience. My skin ended up bruising pretty bad and I had a new side effect, scabbing. I guess she knew she went too intense on my skin because she told me I could blister. They also tried to schedule me only 6 weeks away and told me they were the only location with a tech. It was just overall a crappy experience. I've had to baby the hell out of my skin the last week and pause a lot of my normal activities for the sake of healing. Think twice before you choose this location, please. Also piggybacking the other recent review, the room did not appear to be clean. She had me wait while she wiped down the chair, but the goggles definitely were not cleaned. She also had a jar full of lash extension spoolies which I found odd. Definitely strange to have on the counter of a tattoo removal room.”

“I went for my first session of tattoo removal. I started getting tattoos when i was very young and now regret all of them. Brittanie was very helpful and pleasant. I appreciate her giving me my multiple options for pricing and being supportive during my first session. One of my tattoos are almost gone after the first session (wish i would have just paid session by session for that one as I don’t believe i will need more than one more session for it to be completely gone), I opted for the unlimited sessions option which now I am regretting because I definitely won’t get the value of the unlimited session package bc the first session almost completely removed one of my tattoos. The other tattoo will need a few sessions before it starts disappearing so at least I’ll get my ultimate wish of tattoo removal. I recommend Removery for aging who wants professional and ultimately the removal of their tattoos”

“I can’t make this up, y’all. I went in for a consultation and these are the sweetest people I’ve met on a random Saturday! Althia did my consultation and I truly had a good time talking to her. It was a gloomy day outside but she brightened my morning with some good news and a sweet personality. Another woman at the front desk, Brittany (sorry if I misspelled it girl!) came into the room with a smile and it made the whole place feel welcoming. I’m soo excited to start my removal process with them!”

They were both so informative and were totally happy to answer. Any question that I had also made me feel very comfortable.
