“Today was my first time at this location and I was impressed by both people at the front desk I didn't get the gentleman name but as soon as I walked in he and Aiesha were both smiling, pleasant, and professional. Aiesha was very kind and patient with me I asked for a break about 3 times but her compassion and friendly tone relaxed me along with my two stress balls. I will be switching locations thank you again I'll be seeing you in September have a fantastic weekend!! 😎”

“This is the best location of Removery in my opinion. I’ve been to others but I prefer this one. They’re friendly and CARE about the health of your skin. They’re also quick I barely ever had to wait. Also their lasers are better. Do your research on the best tattoo lasers, especially as someone with melanin cause it matters! I had very bold, black birds on my wrist and now they’re completely gone!”
“My nurse practitioner was so calm the whole time and it helped ease my nerves so much. I was so excited for my first session & didn’t quite have an idea of the pain level. I can say the rubber band comparison is pretty accurate. Luckily, mine were so small, that by the time the pain was too intense, it was already over. I can’t wait for my next session and my overall removal journey!”

“Had such a great experience at Removery. I went in for permanent makeup removal on my brows and was honestly nervous beforehand, but Tim and Naya made the entire process so comfortable and easy. They were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the appointment. The procedure was much more tolerable than I expected, and I’m already so pleased with the results. “Slow communication and very shady pricing. I was originally quoted for 2 tattoos but when I said I only wanted to treat 1, they said the price is the same “because of the size of the tattoo” which makes no sense to me. Buyer beware because this could turn into another Dr Tattoff situation!”

“absolutely frustrated and disappointed with this location! I was canceled on two hours ahead of my appointment two weeks ago, was able to re schedule for wed july 1st. I recieved a reminder today but had to cancel and could not re schedule online. Lo and behold when i was finally able to get through to someone through the 1800# i was told this location doesn’t have a tech at this time ?? confused how the shop is still running if they don’t even have someone running the service their whole facility is based on? it was likely i would have planned around this appointment and received another cancelation call the day of !! This is so so unprofessional!! The other closest location is iDecatur which is booked till September 🤦♀️ Apparently the only one w an opening sooner then a month out is over 1.5hrs away from me and only availability happens to be the day after that months bill is due. How convenient for them. 🙄 Starting to think i made a mistake going w removery.. So unfortunate Georgia has little options for solid tattoo removal.. I’m absolutely upset and irritated w how much lack i’ve received here. i’m so behind on all my treatments &there’s always something coming up write before my appointments that cause a re schedule ! i wonder why they keep losing techs?? makes me wonder what this clinic has goin on that they can’t remain staffed w the only employee that would truly matter ! a tech that can actually do the job their whole brand is based on!??🤦♀️ So absolutely disappointed and unsatisfied… Not to mention i’m 4 visits in and see absolutely no fading.. Can’t help but wonder if they keep the settings low till the full payment is made then the real removal begins lmfao. 🤷♀️ Who knows but i wouldn’t be surprised at this point.. Hopefully at some point they’ll be staffed efficiently &effectively and i’ll be able to receive the treatment i’m actually coming for. wish me luck! i wouldn’t bother going w removery rn less you have the ability to visit offices out of state.. Removery in atl and surrounding areas is understaffed and over booked.. Clearly.. .”
