“Serena is the best tattoo removal tech I have ever had!! She is super caring, making sure you are comfortable and not suffering through the treatment, and very knowledgeable! She took time to ask me questions about my post-treatment symptoms and explain all the after care to me in more depth than I have had from any other tech. Also, her treatment is so precise and she doesn’t blast your tattoos with one continuous stream. She offered great advice to help me through the pain, and gave little breaks after she treated one section while applying pressure to help with the pain. I’ve never had such an enjoyable tattoo removal, I thought they were just inherently painful but Serena showed me how different it can be.”
