“Serena was amazing! Had a tattoo partially removed at a different spa, moved my services over to Removery to complete. I had some hypo and hyperpigmentation happening, so she was very thorough explaining procedure, result expectations and how the process works. She's now working to remove three more tattoos for me. I'm extremely happy with how clean they are, with extreme care and detail paid on the areas I need removal to ensure the results are the best possible outcome. Recommend very highly to go here!”

“My consultation with Removery went very well. I got a price of $5200 to remove several tattoos, which isn’t cheap but it’s something I want to do so I figured it’s worth the price. They were able to fit me into their schedule that same day for my first session, which has ultimately become my ONLY session, despite having sessions booked after that. My next appointment day comes around, and I get a phone call about an hour and a half before my scheduled appointment letting me know they “don’t have any available techs today and need to reschedule.” Frustrated but understanding, they told me the only next available day and time they have was my next scheduled session because I had booked them in advance. My next appointment comes around, and unfortunately I’m half expecting to receive a phone call from Removery, to which I did. They tell me again that “they don’t have any available techs.” Of course I’m frustrated. My flexibility isn’t the best because I work early morning to late night during the week, and I only have 1 day that works with me to book these appointments. I value my time highly, and I can’t help but feel my time (and money) is being wasted with Removery. I chose Removery for their reviews and their locations over other tattoo removal studios. I should have listened to other clients reviews on discussion boards to avoid Removery altogether, but I still chose them. I feel frustrated that I’m paying for a service that I’m not receiving. I feel frustrated that my day and time is wasted because I receive a phone call just an hour and a half before my appointment when I could have made plans with my family instead. I’m frustrated and I would not recommend Removery to my friends or family for this reason alone.”

Serena did a thorough consultation and helped me understand the process, and Hannah always walks me through the laser appointments with ease. Gina was AMAZING and made the experience so enjoyable, even though it's tough to sit through at points. She's so great to talk to and is such a fun person. She really listens to you and observes everything to ensure the best plan of action to have seamless results. Serena at the front desk is also such a sweetheart!
