“Everything from booking the consultation to the consultation itself was easy and stress free. The consultation lasted about 25 minutes before getting to the pricing portion of the meeting. It was wonderful hearing about the science behind their methods and that itself has made me feel more at ease with the idea of tattoo removal. I don’t have many I’d consider removing but the piece that I will eventually remove is a commitment, and they were upfront and transparent about that. I appreciate the different options provided for financing and it’s something I’ll certainly consider when my circumstances change. The office itself was clean and welcoming as was the staff. Kristin was kind and empathetic about my motivations and made me feel comfortable.”
