“I went into the Dedham today as the Braintree location was booked . This is the second time at this location, not having a pleasant experience very unprofessional felt judged and unwelcoming , the lady at the front desk is very unprofessional racist they definitely don’t know how to deal with minorities or people of color. It’s a way different experience that I’ve experienced at the Braintree location compared to the Dedham location, front desk never greets me compared to a white customers both 1st and this time . I inquired if I can add a very small leopard print tattoo, to current package that I have and she said that’s not possible at all which I think it’s very unreasonable due to the size and I know Braintree would’ve been flexible and try to work with me to get that done as they have in the past ! also she looked at the area didn’t measure it which is protocol on what you should do to get accurate pricing and she just gave me a card with $1600 . I’ve sprent thousands of dollars on one package and I’m on my second package with about three payments left so she didn’t even want to dicuss with me and I just left it as I’ll do it somewhere else she never made any effort to try to help me or figure it out she said nothing . upon the tech coming out she seemed like she didn’t even want to service me. We go in the room and she’s trying to ask me what happened and I’m just like never mind short story is, service was cancel due to me being on antibiotics without the tech even check-in, the name of the antibiotics so now my treatment gets pushed back. I’m faced with racism and face with unprofessionalism and being rude. I ended up snapping a quick pic to show the digust. on this lady‘s face with the other two techs trying to kick me out the door just for me simply saying you know you guys should really learn how to treat people I walked out of there feeling like i was being threaten as other tech was walking towards me . Nobody wanted to talk to me or even try to help the customer and that’s what’s most important this location definitely do not recommend. I recommend if you are white, but if you are a person of color don’t go there. I pay for great customer service . I’ve spent hundreds thousands of dollars on quality customer service at places that were more expensive procedures , quality of materialistic things, but I paid the extra money because of the service !!! so to have the experience at Braintree that was great and I’ve been in this journey for a few years now to go to the Dedham location, and to experience what happened. Today is unfortunately the world we live in and. A big thumbs down for removery for me, and I honestly hope that more minorities would speak up because I know this is not going to be the first or last time that they’re gonna get this type of feedback! I would like to make this more of awareness on how you treat people !!!!all kinds of people !!!!! please stand up for yourself!!!”
