“I’ve had a great experience with Removery so far! The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and makes me feel comfortable during every appointment. My tattoo removal process has been going really well. The tattoo on my ring finger is fading much faster than I expected, and I can definitely see a huge difference after my treatments. My back tattoo is much darker and has a lot more ink, so the progress isn’t as noticeable yet, but the team explained that darker, heavier tattoos can take more time and patience. Even though I can’t see as much fading on my back tattoo right now, I trust the process because I know the treatments are working. I appreciate that they set realistic expectations and take the time to answer all my questions. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and I’m excited to continue my tattoo removal journey with them. I would definitely recommend Removery to anyone considering tattoo removal! 😊”

“I went for a consultation and yes I received excellent customer service by the staff there, but this place is a scam. I would seek other options in the area for tattoo removal that avoid selling packages. I was told that I would need 6-8 sessions quoting ~$2,000 to remove a half dollar size tattoo on the back of my neck. I had one session done back in 2019 and let's say about 1/3 is already removed. I went back to Frank at Tattoo Bill and he stated I would need two sessions for a fraction of the price!!! Talking about highway robbery. Just get a second opinion is all I am saying.”

“This was my first and last time coming here. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment, and the receptionist was sitting at the front desk and immediately told me she was on lunch. I’m not sure why she was positioned at the front where customers can approach her if she was on break. She then pointed out that I was early and said she would help me after she finished her lunch, which came off as if I was interrupting her. I completely understand employees taking breaks, and I had no problem waiting since my appointment wasn’t until 3:00. However, the way it was communicated felt unprofessional. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would have made a big difference. From a client’s perspective, especially in an industry dealing with your skin and body, you want to feel comfortable and confident in the professionalism of the staff. Unfortunately, this interaction left a poor first impression and didn’t inspire that trust.”

“I made a decision to get a few of my tattoos removed for my modeling career. So, I began to do a Google search and came upon Removery in Metropolitan Charlotte. after reading the reviews (I’m that girl) it was a no brainer for me. Scheduled my consultation (super easy) and a few days later I was there. Stephanie and Jessica are the two beautiful ladies that run this location (update; Whitney) and I have never been so confident to make a decision in working with them. Their knowledge, expertise and overall genuineness made this one of the best experiences for me. I feel safe and secure in knowing that my goal of tattoo removal will be accomplished. “🚩🚩🚩It has taken me a while to consider writing this but I do want to be a safe person and warn others of Removery. I recommend people steer clear of Removery and their predatory practice. 🚩🚩🚩 I was initially very hopeful in getting my tattoos removed with Removery. I had previously started my tattoo removal journey at other med spas and saw incredible results. I decided to try Removery because I was interested in the unlimited sessions. However, Removery is the complete opposite of my previous experiences with tattoo removal. Removery has proven to be incredibly painful, ineffective, and caused me more issues that I’d never experienced before with tattoo removal. I should have seen the red flags when I was asked a very RACIALLY INSENSITIVE QUESTION and treated in a very condescending manner by their consultant. Even though I was treated unjustly, I figured “I’m buying for results, maybe the consultant has never been around a BIPOC”. WRONG, there have been NO RESULTS and the consultant still remained beyond disrespectful and rude towards me in their clinic. Due to each of my bad experiences with Removery’s treatments, I have huge anxiety and skepticism about making any future appointments. After each appointment, I’ve had intense allergic reactions to the laser and ZERO change in the appearance of my tattoos. I have suffered many sleepless nights from my allergic reactions and actually have developed skin issues on my tattoos due to Removery’s laser. This has all been so frustrating. Especially since I’ve done laser tattoo removal with other med spas and had absolutely no problems. Not to mention, I also noticed a drastic difference in tattoo removal from my previous med spa laser treatments. The quick notes version is that Removery is the ONLY place where I have gotten horrible allergic reactions at each appointment. The allergic side effects from those treatments are still present, and there are NO RESULTS. If you want your skin to leave worse than you came in, this is the place for you. ✨✨✨✨✨”
