“I started out with Nick and Ashleigh at the Northlake location. I really liked them! Then this location went through staffing changes and I’ve seen the new laser technician a few times now and really like her too. Of all the locations, this one is the best and I think that’s why they rarely have cancellations. Northlake vs Metro? Northlake all day. The tech there knows her stuff, is friendly and easy to talk to, and cleared up some confusion from another Removery location in Charleston. I just really like her. And I’ve seen good results so far with my tattoo removal process, I should be done by the end of 2027!!”

“This place is a joke , extremely weak laser to charge for 8-12 sessions , had removal done in Miami in 3 sessions for less than half , they want 2300$ for “unlimited sessions” and it cost 1050$ for 3 session in Miami , at Sinai”

“I can not express how kind and comforting Nick and Lisa were today. I came in for a consultation... Both greeted me at the front desk. I signed the initial forms within a minute of me walking in and instantly Nick took me back for the consult. That lasted 'maybe' 20 minutes... Had great conversations about dogs(since I'm a dog groomer)... He was able to get me in within 4 minutes for the actual laser removal...SAME DAY! Lisa came in after the quick, easy, and pleasant consultation. She has the utmost joyful and vibrant personality. She took me to the "laser removal area"... We talked about her Beagle(and how I hate them) and her German Shepard. She iced the area and did a test spot so I could get the feel of the laser. Honestly, to ME, it's like getting another tattoo. I don't even think she took 4 mins to laser my tattoo off. The results were phenomenal. Nick already scheduled my next appointment but with the work Lisa did I don't think I'll need it.
