“Been coming here since they were Invisible Ink! I’m working with Jamie and she’s great! The whole team is always kind and welcoming (and funny!). I get in and out with no issues. The location is very accessible with easy parking. I highly suggest paying the whole cost up front for full removal if you can because they guarantee the removal regardless of number of sessions. There are so many different factors can pop up and prolong the process so it's nice to not have to keep tacking on sessions. I never expected to get tattoos removed (who does lol) but I’m glad I ended up working with everyone at Removery in Schaumburg! Thank you all! 💕”

“This is a great place for tattoo removal. The staff is always very kind, attentive, and welcoming, and they really make you feel comfortable during the process. Jamie has also been great throughout my sessions and always tries to make everything as manageable as possible. I’m only going into my sixth session, so I still have a long way to go and there’s still a lot of ink left, but I’m happy with the progress so far and excited to see the final results. “Unbelievably long wait times at Schaumburg location, today I waited 38 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I’ve waited almost an hour here previously so it’s a recurring issue at this location. No excuse since staff is aware of the size of different tattoos and how long each appt will take. I will not be returning.”
