“Already feeling wary of this place. Long wait time. Staff doesn't appear at front desk in a timely manner even though you can see them in their little front office, then they don't inform each other that someone is in waiting room. More waiting for someone to register there's a customer even though appointment was made and I checked in with someone. Very off-putting communication regarding an appointment they need to reschedule. Just not feeling like I'm in professional hands. If all those great reviews are to be believed, I hope at least the tattoo removal itself is a success.”

“Unbelievably long wait times at Schaumburg location, today I waited 38 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I’ve waited almost an hour here previously so it’s a recurring issue at this location. No excuse since staff is aware of the size of different tattoos and how long each appt will take. I will not be returning.”
