Erica should have been on her break, but she took the time to do my treatment, which I really appreciated. They were both super helpful and really went out of their way to make things work for me. I’ve always had a good experience with Removery and would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about tattoo removal. While I was waiting, I chatted with Tricia about the different laser options. She knew her stuff and answered all of my questions. As someone with darker skin, I know not every laser is a good fit, but Removery uses PicoSure lasers that are safe for darker skin tones, which made me feel a lot more comfortable with the whole process. If you have any hesitation schedule a consult, Tricia will be able to answer any question.”

“The rules change every time I come. This is my 10th visit, the wattage has never changed. The previous 8 visits the tech has gone over the very small spot 3x. They don’t keep notes for me even though I’ve requested them to do so multiple times. They make me feel like they are doing me a favor by scheduling my next visit in 6 weeks and not 8. Great chat, cosy environment, and the least painful lasering I've had done to date (which is a significant amount). I really recommend them. Update March 2026: I've faced some health struggles and the folks here have been unbelievably gracious about rescheduling, long breaks, and adjusting our treatment plan. As someone who doesn't feel comfortable with people easily I can say that I always feel comfortable here. You're really in great hands at this location.”
