I've had laser tattoo removal done at another clinic that I trusted, but I was so disappointed when they stopped offering the service. I'm really glad I decided to give this place a try. Angie was absolutely amazingat the LB location. First impressions mean everything. She was warm, personable, and took the time to explain everything while talking me through the procedure. She understands that tattoo removal sucks and never tried to minimize that. Instead, she made sure I was as comfortable as possible, provided ice packs, using cold air throughout the treatment. I especially appreciated how she kept me informed during the procedure, letting me know where she was working onxand how much was left since it was my back. It really helped ease my anxiety and made the whole experience feel more manageable. The treatment itself was surprisingly quick. I think it took around 45 minutes, but it honestly felt much shorter. Angie was efficient, professional, and made the experience feel less intimidating than I expected. As someone who struggles with a lot of anxiety, I truly appreciated how comfortable and cared for I felt from the start. I highly recommend Angie and this clinic to anyone considering laser tattoo removal. They made what is normally a painful and stressful experience feel comfortable, and I'm genuinely happy I found them.”
