“I’ve had 3 sessions so far and my experience every time I have come in has been great! The staff here are really nice. Lili is always sweet and greets you warmly when you arrive. The nurse Jessica is also really nice and the removal process with her always goes by quick for me. I remember during my first session I was scared of the pain, but she made me feel very comfortable and helped ease my nerves a bit. Some of my fine line tattoos are already starting to fade/get lighter :) It’s so nice that Removery offers a complete removal program. I’m also glad I chose to get my sessions done at this location. It’s really easy for me to get to compared to the there other LA locations and parking is more convenient - the building has a parking garage and they validate.”

“Tattoo removal sucks but they make me as comfortable as possible. I appreciate them always accommodating me when I need ice or if I need a break. The most important thing is, if or when I do have irritation, they are quick to get back to me to help me with my questions and give me tips to resolve my issue. Love you guys!”

“I've had tattoo removal on my tattoo before coming to Removery, a few sessions from a Dr in Beverly Hills who did amazing and a few sessions from another Dr more locally to me who I loved but he moved out of state. My tattoo at this point was almost gone but I wanted a couple more sessions on it so I had to find a new place. I received Removery ads on my instagram account so I thought I would try them out. I completed my first session with removery and soon after I had black scarring/oxidization on my tattoo. The scarring/oxidization is so bad that anyone who saw it thought I got a new tattoo. I decided I would wait a few months to see if it would go away as sometimes it takes time for your body to clear. It did not go away. I went in to see the nurse who did the work and she said that its normal for a white section of a tattoo to oxidize and I would need more sessions. So basically she was telling me I would need to pay $350 a session for many more sessions just to get my tattoo to look the way it looked BEFORE she started on it. Clearly what happened was the nurse at removery used the wrong laser on my tattoo and she lasered an area that essentially didn't need it because there was nothing there. Like I said, I had two other places do many session on me and this did not happen at the other places. Now Im stuck with a really bad scar/tattoo that looks worse that I am going to need to pay to do sessions on just to return it back to where I started. I believe this removery nurse's lack of training and or experience caused this. What's worse is I have emailed Removery many times to kindly follow up and see what we can work out on this and no one has responded. (mind you this is to the same email address i have corresponded with them before on). I would not recommend going here for your tattoo removal.”
