After some negative experiences when I lived in Atlanta (appointments canceled last minute, never having the same tech, etc) this location has been great. Willy is professional, accommodating, and the staff has done great in addressing any concerns I have. Ultimately I’m happy with what I’m getting out of the complete removal package I upgraded to because I’ve been able to continue getting treatments after I moved and it was way more cost effective for my personally stubborn tattoo. Thanks y’all!”

I first visited about a year ago but wasn’t financially ready at the time. After careful consideration, I went back, and I was lucky enough to work with Corey again, who was my consultant the first time. Corey was amazing, so understanding, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. Emily and Ann, the nurses, were equally fantastic. They walked me through every step, allowed me to take breaks, and truly made the experience as comfortable as possible. Yes, the procedure is a bit spicy, especially on the black ink, but the care I received was outstanding.
