This location has better technology than the old place I was going to and I don’t need to put lidocaine on three hours before hand which is so nice! “I’ve gone to another Removery before and they were a little better with customer service. At this removery I walked in and didn’t get help for around 10 minutes. When I said “hello” someone finally came out and said “I’m with someone” ok girl all you had to do was acknowledge me. The laser tech was cool, funny and nice. Good at what she does. The only thing I didn’t like was that I had supposedly REALLY good results. The laser tech asked if I wanted to let removery use my photos as marketing. No payment, no discount for future lasers. They just asked me to sign away my before and after images. Which is wild. I spent close to 2,000$. You want to use my body and results to bring in more customers? Kind of wild that they just slid me the doc to sign and didn’t even offer me a discount or explanation. I think removery should rethink some things. If you use someone’s literally body for marketing the that person should benefit. Especially in Los Angeles lol”
