After some negative experiences when I lived in Atlanta (appointments canceled last minute, never having the same tech, etc) this location has been great. Willy is professional, accommodating, and the staff has done great in addressing any concerns I have. Made an appointment, Corey who did the consultation answered all of my questions. They had availability same day so I did it right away and was out within 30 min. I first visited about a year ago but wasn’t financially ready at the time. “I’m on my first treatment. But so far so good! The business is very clean- they cleaned my seat after I stood up. Very reassuring. As I don’t trust ai, I had a longer interview than I guessed. Corey was super compassionate and very cozy with walking me through the full process. He answered all of my questions and I appreciate him doing that. For the procedure, Willie was attentive to my breathing. I think that attention to detail is outstanding.
