“I’m a tattoo artist, I recommend them to my clients and I go there myself. I do very delicate fineline work and a lot of my clients come to me hoping that I can fix a tattoo that turned out darker or bolder than what they wanted. The only way for me to give them what they want is to go through the laser removal first. Their equipment is top of line and operated by knowledgeable professionals, I go to the woodland hills store and I have to say the staff is incredible. They will give you all information you need and u will go home with all ur aftercare. I’d give 6 stars if I could”

“Removery has helped me overcome a tattoo that was done on my finger by a man who sexualized me, scammed me to come in for a “free tattoo” only to make me pay $200 and scarred me by going too deep into my skin making my knuckle by the tattoo blue. They have removed it almost completely which I’m so thankful for cosmetically, but also as a woman healed physically and mentally from my scarred experience with that tattoo. “I hate having to leave this review because I genuinely love Removery as a company and have seen great results from my tattoo removal journey. Unfortunately, my experience at this location has been consistently frustrating. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with Removery and also have a content partnership with the company. Despite knowing that I am required to capture content during appointments, nurse Cidney has repeatedly made the process uncomfortable, even though I never film her face and only occasionally capture her hands during treatment. Beyond that, appointments consistently feel rushed while somehow moving very slowly. Compared to another Removery location I visit, there seems to be very little preparation before appointments, which often results in us running out of time before all of my tattoos can be treated. Today’s appointment was the final straw. My 3:00 PM appointment didn’t begin until after 3:09 PM because the previous appointment ran over. Then I was told we would have to limit treatment because there wasn’t enough time left. I had to point out that I shouldn’t lose treatment time because a previous appointment went long. Even after trying to help speed things up, we still weren’t able to complete everything I came in for. This review is not a reflection of Removery as a whole. I’ve had excellent experiences at other locations and am very happy with my results. My frustration is specific to the repeated issues I’ve experienced at this location. I won’t be returning.”
