“The ladies that work here are very nice and the place is very clean. Nevertheless I am not seeing the results that I had hoped for, even after a year of sessions. Unfortunately I signed a contract and im stuck with them for atleast another year. I have color tattoos that look exactly the same as when I started and a chest tattoo that i havent seen changes in within the last 5 sessions. I voiced how I felt and I'm not getting anywhere. I honestly dont think the lazers they use or the settings they have it on is for people of color. I have a friend who is alot darker then me getting her tats removed in brookfield and after 3 sessions, she has better results then me.They keep the laser on one setting despite the customer asking for it to be changed. They are more expensive then everywhere else in town. I figured they would be the best... for what I'm paying and the lack of results I definitely would have picked somewhere else to get this done. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with this whole situation and I regret signing a contract with Removery. Its not worth it at all.”

Unfortunately I signed a contract and financed this so im stuck. Been coming every month for over a year now. Went in today and felt like the lazer was way to low. I dont even have any swelling. If I could go back I would have never financed the unlimited package with removery....my friend is making more progress with her tattoo removal elsewhere, shes paying less and that makes it even more frustrating.”

I financed a 2 year contract for unlimited sessions and I've been going in every month for over a year. (multiple tattoos) I asked if perhaps the lazer could be turned up but to no avail. I have a red tattoo that doesnt look different at all a year later. i assumed maybe they could use another lazer setting for color but i guess not. I would suggest no one finances this until trying it out a couple of times especially if you're melenated... Removery is more expensive then everywhere else so i figured they would be the best... for what I'm paying and the lack of results I definitely would have picked somewhere else to get this done.
