“I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, Amber made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. She explained everything I should expect before, during, and after the tattoo removal process, which really helped ease my nerves. The doctor was amazing as well. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why, including which laser would be used for each ink color. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and thorough he was. What surprised me the most was that the treatment was virtually painless. I honestly didn’t feel any pain at all, which was much easier than I expected. Everyone was professional, caring, and made the whole experience so comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone considering tattoo removal!”

“First time getting a tattoo removed and this place is awesome. Staff is extremely friendly and very informative. The consultation was very low key no pressure and it was well discussed about the whole process start to finish. The doctor was awesome as well. Explained how it’s doing to feel and what to expect. Got a nice care package on my way out. After first treat can already see how great this is going to be once completely removed. After second treatment still looking good and no issues. Staff is still friendly and helpful. Loving the progression so far. UPDATE: Third treatment and still everything was amazing. The treatment went smooth and I can’t say enough about the staff there. Always so polite and super helpful. Update: June 26, had to wait just over an hour for my appointment. Staff was apologetic but if you know you are running behind it would be a good practice to update people before they arrive to their appointment. Especially if Removery is charging if you no show. So it should go both ways communication is very important.”

Susan was very informative throughout the entire process, explaining everything and answering every question I had about the laser treatment. The office is very clean and professional. Dr. Guerrero was also very informative about his laser treatment process and explained the steps he would take to remove my tattoos based on their location and color. The facility was very inviting as well as, clean, smelled good, and has free parking. Staff members are super friendly, down to earth, and professional. Amber explained tattoo removal sessions and payment options with ease. Made me feel comfortable and informed me on the entire process. Removery also gave me an after care bag with Vaseline, a stress ball, and free issues of Inked magazine.”

She did not leave any details out nor she sugar coated the packages for she was very thorough with the packages details and all the information anyone can need. I was able to start my first session on the spot.Dr. Guerrero was absolutely amazing, he was very thorough as well explaining what he was going to do and what to expect while doing my first treatment. I have to be honest, the first zap I jumped but only because I did not know what to expect. He made sure I was ok, and was very attentive on what he was doing as well on how I was feeling. I left the office with no redness, nor swelling at all. Hours later I had little to none redness around the edges of the tattoo, barely red. Still today I have no pain. “Honestly, I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend going back. I started laser tattoo removal treatments in December for a very small, thin-line tattoo that is only about 2 inches long. During my consultation, I was told I would likely need 6–8 sessions, so I purchased a 3-session package for $500. After completing those sessions and seeing only minimal fading, I planned to purchase another package. The day before my next appointment, I called to ask about pricing and was shocked to learn that the same 3-session package would now cost $1,500. When I asked why there was such a drastic increase, I was told that I must have purchased my original package during a promotion and that prices had since increased. This was never explained to me when I initially signed up. Another frustrating issue was the inconsistency in information I received. During my consultation, I was told 6–8 sessions would likely be needed. The doctor performing my treatments gave a similar estimate. However, at my most recent appointment, I was told it could take as many as 12 sessions. Every time I spoke with someone, the number seemed to change. I also repeatedly asked whether the laser settings could be increased because my tattoo looked nearly the same after each session, and I experienced very little sensation during treatment. Each time, I was told no. Overall, my experience left me feeling like treatments were being stretched out unnecessarily while costs continued to increase. Between the inconsistent information, significant price increase, and lack of noticeable results after several sessions, I cannot recommend this location and would advise others to look into alternative providers before committing.”
