“I called on Thursday and was able to make an appointment for Saturday. I arrived at the Newtown Removery and was nicely greeted by both Rob and Sarah. Rob did the intake with me and explained everything very well and he also let me ask him many questions. I felt very sure about the process after speaking with him. I decided then and there to proceed with the removal. Sarah took me into the removal room and again she explained what she was going to do and she even explain information about the Laser machine. She did an amazing job and was so very pleasant also. I told both Rob and Sarah that I would highly recommend them to people I know that are thinking of getting any of their tattoos removed. “Not sure if I can post new reviews or just expand on old ones... Today I recieved my 16th session. Alex is my new technician, and she's also incredible! Alex is patient, kind, extremely good at lasering, and has a great attitude. Donna assumed a more administrative role, but I heard she comes back periodically to help out. They're both phenomenal technicians. Rob runs the scheduling, and I also like him a lot. My lasering has never blistered, fortunately. I highly recommend this location in particular, but be warned that the process is painful and does take time to avoid any scaring. My Tattoos we're big and black... They're significantly faded, prime for a cover-up... but I'm chasing virgin skin, and that takes a lot of time and patience. I'm grateful for Alex, Rob, and Donna for the kindness and patience with me. Today was my 5th session. Donna and Rob are fantastic! Donna's done four of my five sessions, and she's incredible. I'm always scared for my session, and Donna has this incredible ability to ease my concerns and treats me with such care. I won't lie, the process is painful, BUT MUCH QUICKER than I anticipated. I thought I'd be getting zapped for 30 minutes, and it takes collectively 3 minutes for a large area. This place is your final destination for tattoo removal. 41-M”

“I went to Removery in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for four laser sessions to remove my microbladed brows, spending a lot of money. After the final treatment, my brows turned yellow. The technician promised that if it didn’t improve, they’d honor one free additional session in six months. When I followed up, the company refused to honor that promise. Extremely disappointed in both the results and their lack of integrity. Would not recommend”
