Miguel was great during my consultation—very professional, informative, and straightforward. He took the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions, and set realistic expectations about the removal process. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold something. “About 6 years ago, I went to have my eyebrows microbladed. They did not turn out quite right, so upon referral, I went to another place to have them fixed. To my horror, the owner of this shop in Simi did not microblade my eyebrows but rather tattooed two huge BLACK eyebrows that could not have looked more horrible! I was mortified to say the least.
