“About 6 years ago, I went to have my eyebrows microbladed. They did not turn out quite right, so upon referral, I went to another place to have them fixed. To my horror, the owner of this shop in Simi did not microblade my eyebrows but rather tattooed two huge BLACK eyebrows that could not have looked more horrible! I was mortified to say the least. I was worried about having them removed, fearing that the result could be worse than what I was already dealing with, so I simply lived with them for six years. Finally, I went to ChatGPT and asked about tattoo removal, and I was guided to Removery in Camarillo. I gave them a call that morning and was able to get a consultation appointment within an hour. When I arrived at Removery, I had a consultation with Miguel, who was absolutely knowledgeable and fantastic. The very same day he scheduled me for removal with nurse Juliana, the RN. In less then an hour those horrible black brows were gone. The procedure was quick and easy, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. Miguel and Juliana put me at such ease. I was grateful they both knew exactly what they’re doing, and they verbally walk me through each step. The cost was very reasonable. I can’t believe I waited so long.”

“Lately my experience here has been awful, I showed up late one time and both the guy at the front and the girl that was supposed to do the tattoo treatment were so rude, they also missed parts of the tattoo, ironically the next time I went in they were late and running behind, the lady that did my first treatment was really good though, I will be going to a different location from now on.”
