“It’s incredibly disappointing to see this company shut down its location and furlough the very employees who have been the heart of the experience. These are people who showed up every day, built real relationships, and supported customers like me through genuine, one-on-one interactions. What makes this even harder is that these employees weren’t just doing a job—they were part of meaningful moments and personal journeys. To see them suddenly removed, without the stability or recognition they deserve, feels deeply unfair. A business is only as strong as its people, and in this case, the people were everything. (I would travel anywhere for my girl!) I truly hope these employees land somewhere that values their dedication, empathy, and hard work the way they should have been valued all along.”

“Been coming to Removery for about 2 years and probably after another year of removal but during that time period Kiana has made it such a wonderful experience and that I had a session which she informed me the location I’ve been going to is closing down and I would have to choose a different location which I understand. She also told me she wouldn’t be continuing our sessions because the company has decided to part ways from her! Enjoyed the entire process of removing my tattoos with Kiana.
