“When I went in for my consultation, there was no wait. I was seen at my appointment time. They were very thorough and took their time explaining the process of the removal. When it came time for payment, they helped me to chose the perfect option that fit my financial situation. All in all, I'd chose Removery over any other place and I did!”

“Charging $200 and up for a tiny tattoo for one session is ridiculously insane. I went to Laser Away and only had 4 sessions to remove a name completely that was 7cm. The staff was very professional, thorough, patient, and gentle. They use a more powerful laser than removery and require fewer sessions.”

“Great staff, but the billing and scheduling system is a trap. While the local studio staff members are nice, the actual structure service and booking system are completely unacceptable. They were incredibly quick to take my money. The studio is so consistently overbooked that I have to wait two months just to get my next appointment. It makes absolutely no sense to pay them every month when they physically do not have the calendar space to treat me. I had two rescheduled appointments yet continued to make a payment and now I’m not able to get treated until the “balance” is paid off.. I mean cmon be reasonable or at least flexible. On top of that, I feel like they completely disrespected my time. I arrived 20 minutes early for an appointment, Instead of them to call the prior appointment to confirm, they had me waiting there until my actual appointment time. Mind you I didn’t receive a copy of the agreement to my email. I’ve tried looking for it, even asked them for a copy but never received a thing.”

Somehow the technician and front desk staff always find a way to make the appointment quick, comfortable and as painless as tattoo removal could possibly be! You can tell that their level of knowledge and expertise is top tier. I’m thankful for them for helping to give my skin a start over. I highly recommend the Removery Rice village.”
