“I typically go to the Rice Village location, but due to scheduling conflicts, ended up going to the Hedwig Village location for the first time yesterday. Upon arrival, Diane was very friendly and followed up immediately with me about potential upcoming appointments, making sure I felt comfortable. Desaray came from around the corner shortly after and led me to the office where she went over my previous procedure history, and walked me through what she thought would be best going forward, with a great conversational attitude and general likability. Then she knocked it out of the park making it look easy. I could have just walked in and gone through the whole procedure with little to no interaction, and everything would have been just fine, but Diane and Desaray both made the experience feel tailored to me specifically and just generally improved my overall day with their great personalities.
