I understood going in that complete removal would require multiple sessions. However, I also expected to see at least some evidence that the treatment had an effect. After the appointment, I closely inspected the tattoo over the next day and saw absolutely no visible change. There was no fading, no noticeable response, and nothing that gave me confidence the treatment was effective. When you're paying good money for a professional service, you expect honesty, quality equipment, and competent treatment. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and questioning whether I received the level of service I paid for. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this business. If you're considering tattoo removal here, I strongly encourage you to ask about the laser being used, the technician's experience, and what results you should realistically expect after each session before spending your money. “I'm on appointment number eight The service is always quick The removal is not painless because it's not possible to be painless. But they do the best they can to help mitigate that they give you an ice pack to numb the area. The staff are friendly and always make sure to ask how your day is or what you're up to, as well as ensure that you get your next appointment scheduled without walking out that door right after your appointment absent mindedly.”

“Very knowledgeable and good environment.... UPDATE: I went to Jess for over a year. She is very knowledgeable. I went in for my appointment 15mins late. Instead of canceling and/or rescheduling I believe she purposely burned me. The reason I believe this is because she didn't say one word to me until after the short procedure, which is unusual. I could also tell that she was annoyed that I was late because she kept looking out of the front window. (Unfortunately, I was dealing with a serious family matter over the phone) I would have totally understood if she had to cancel my appointment! As I was leaving she sarcastically told me to have a nice day. I reached out to the company and the general manager was helpful. They said there was an investigation but they could not give me details. I now have to drive to channelview once my finger heals to finish getting my tattoo removed. Just be careful in choosing who you allow to use a laser on you. And if you are late with Jess at the Webster location, just reschedule regardless if they let you in or not. This is a picture over a month after being burned..”
