“I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I paid for a laser tattoo removal session on a tattoo that is over 14 years old and made up of very thin lines. I understood going in that complete removal would require multiple sessions. However, I also expected to see at least some evidence that the treatment had an effect. After the appointment, I closely inspected the tattoo over the next day and saw absolutely no visible change. There was no fading, no noticeable response, and nothing that gave me confidence the treatment was effective. When you're paying good money for a professional service, you expect honesty, quality equipment, and competent treatment. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and questioning whether I received the level of service I paid for. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend this business. If you're considering tattoo removal here, I strongly encourage you to ask about the laser being used, the technician's experience, and what results you should realistically expect after each session before spending your money. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Destiny and Deshawn were the employees who assisted me during my tattoo removal appointment. I came in expecting professional treatment and realistic expectations about the results, but I left with the worst experience ever. Clearly they were both having personal issues with their life and decided to take out on me for whatever reason. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.”

But they do the best they can to help mitigate that they give you an ice pack to numb the area.
