“Booked my consultation appointment online. Came in and filled out a few quick forms. Yasmeen then spent over 30 minutes explaining the whole process, showed me examples of what to expect, and answered all my questions. I mentioned that I’ll be moving out of state soon, and she reassured me that all of my information and services transfers seamlessly to all their other locations. Once I made the decision, I went next door for my first session with Ashley. She made sure I was comfortable and let me know exactly what to expect for my very first session. Just minutes later, I was leaving! In total I was there for 1 hour and 15 minutes (from filling out forms, to initial consultation, to treatment). Both Yasmeen and Ashley explained everything thoroughly, step by step, without ever making me feel rushed. The whole experience felt professional, transparent, and genuine. Highly recommend!”

“I got their services 2 1/2 years ago. I only had 4 session back then the technician who did my sessions was phenomenal and the place seemed really busy at the time. I was given a discount for my first 3 package price. However, today, 2 1/2 years later I went back to the same Sugar Land location and was really disappointed. Let me just say that I had called their 1-888 number and they tried to get ahold of someone at this location because I had questions about their pricing, etc. They couldn't reach anyone and told me someone would call me back. Well after and hour I still didn't hear back from anyone. So I drove over to the physical location. A Jasmine/Yasmine? was at the front desk, and the place was completely empty, no clients, no busy servicing, her phone didn't ring once while I was there, and she was completely lacking in any initiative to help me with trying to figure out about any discounts available for a returning customer and it was like pulling teeth trying to find out pricing from her. She seemed bored with me, like I was just an annoyance. When I asked if the same tech was there that worked on me over 2 years ago, she said no before I ever gave a name. Then she proceeded to tell me that they had a complete change over of ALL personnel including the regional manager. When I said, boy it seems slow today, she said "no, we are actually very busy and have a ton of clients". Well, I saw none..LOL Anyway, it was really a turn off and I decided to leave and go somewhere else. As a potential customer I want someone excited to tell me about their services and costs, even if I am a returning customer. I want someone to be excited that I walked through the door. But what I got was a very ho hum, I am bored with you customer treatment. I loved this place 2 1/2 years ago, but not today years later. One other thing, she said their were zero discounts or special offers. When I went down the street to one of their competitors I got an amazing discount on a 10 session package and was treated like they were excited I walked through the door and were anxious to show off their place and tell me about all their services and products. Sorry Removery but you lost me as a customer for offering no discounts to a returning customer and lacking any enthusiasm or showing initiative to gain me as a customer.”
