“Kristen has been my removal tech twice already, i had some concerns after the first session and she quickly addressed them at our next appointment together. She’s quick and explains things thoroughly. She’s very caring and makes sure to ask if i’m doing alright during my appointment. “I’d give 10 stars if I could. This establishment, the girls working here, and just my all around experience just starting out? TOP TIER. I already have the worst anxiety issues as it is, so starting any sort of procedure like this has been very stressful finding the right place. And I am so happy I decided to go with Removery! I had my first complete removal session yesterday hitting 4 out of 7 of the tattoos I’m removing.. not gonna lie, the feeling is SPICY, I won’t sugarcoat that at all.. But the girls are very knowledgeable, made me feel very at ease, and will go at your pace and you don’t feel like they just want your money and then kick you out. They know I have an active toddler and felt very strongly that I should not hit all of them at once, and I am so happy I listened to them and they even cared enough to be concerned about me being able to care for my little girl. See you girls again in a few weeks!”
“The people who work at this location are great. Danielle is incredibly informative and easy to work with in terms of the process overall and scheduling. Amanda is very knowledgeable and helpful regarding the levels of the laser they are using for each session. Kirsten is incredibly personal, lovely to talk with, and goes above and beyond (especially when the laser is a "little spicy.") I am in the midst of the removal process, and I have no complaints.”

“First session was quick and easily, minimal swelling. Still no noticeable fading but it’s only the first time. The staff was very friendly. Just wished that for such a small tattoo I would have gotten charged a lot less but it’s pay per session or a flat rate of 1050 until it’s gone so I think that was my better option after they explained I would need over 8 sessions considering the darkness of the tattoo.”
“Zara and Jerry are very professional and nice. I got my first session the same day as my consultation. Tyler did my last session. She was awsome! She asked me if I needed any breaks while my laser session was going on and I told her no, But she gave me a little break anyway and I was really glad about that. She is very friendly and professional. My tattoo that I am removing has lightened up alot. I would definitely recommend Tyler to anyone for tattoo removal. I had another tattoo removal session today. I'm so grateful for Tyler numbing my lower back with ice packs before starting the session. Its over quickly! I can tell Tyler is very experienced and well trained. She always checks with me throughout the process to make sure im doing ok and she's OK with stopping if I need a break. When the service is over she goes over after-care instructions. My tattoo has lightened up alot! I'm so happy about that! This service is safe, quick and it works. _________________________________________ UPDATE: TREATMENTS ARE GOING VERY WELL. MY TATTOO IS ALMOST, COMPLETELY GONE! YAY! KIRSTEN, AMANDA AND DANIELLE ARE FRIENDLY, AMAZING AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. They take the time to answer questions and even check with me to make sure I'm healing well and remind me of aftercare dos and don't. They are very professional and caring. “Wonderful staff and my tattoos are lightening! I’m 2 sessions in, 6 weeks apart and am already looking forward to my third! Yes it does hurt quite a bit initially but the pain subsides after about 30 minutes to an hour and by the next day, is just a sore spot where treated.”
