“First treatment: Everything was explained to me exactly as how it occurred. The process took somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes once started. There is some pain, which is expected, but it wasn't unbearable.What I felt was similar to a thin needle piercing my skin with maybe an electric heat feeling. The day after, my tattoo area is a little red and has a slight itch. I'm looking forward to the next appointment. Third treatment: After the second treatment, I noticed some fading (I couldn't tell after the first) and there was less itch. As usual, the staff are very nice. I arrived early and was taken in right away and departed before my scheduled appointment time. I'm looking forward seeing how much more the tattoo has faded tomorrow. The photo is after many appointments. I don't know the number, but it's been a lot. Almost gone...”

“Absolutely — I’d make it flow a little more naturally while still keeping it warm and genuine: I walked in and was immediately greeted by a warm and friendly face. Jennifer welcomed me and took the time to walk me through exactly how my appointment would go, which made me feel comfortable from the start. I then had my laser session with Amanda, who was the sweetest! She was so calm, reassuring, and incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process. This was my first time ever having laser done, so I was definitely a little nervous going in, but she made the experience so much easier than I expected. Overall, I had such a great experience from beginning to end. I can confidently say I left feeling comfortable, informed, and so happy that I chose to come here.
