“I just came in here for a consult. What a terrible experience ! The first thing I did when I walked through the door was ask if they had an extra parking lot. There was no where to park and I had to park illegally and in a handicapped parking spot. When I had already expressed concern to the front desk some rude lady with a jug of water decided to tell me how terrible it was to park there yet they have no parking for their clients. Meanwhile that was the concern and issue I clearly had and expressed when first walking through the door. The lady was so disgustingly rude I kindly asked them to remove my appointment and I would take my business elsewhere ! Do not go here they are clearly not accommodating and had no problem with me walking out. I’m a medical professional and would not treat anyone this way , why not suggest the parking lot that you are parked in behind the building that cannot be seen! I left and saw they have a parking lot in the back where staff was parked three cars and no one else. I saw the rude one with the blue eyes and blonde hair behind the desk walking to her car . I’ll attempt to try another removery but I will never go back to this one again. No parking and VERY rude staff.”

“This is a great staff. Calm, professional, respectful, caring… A good experience. I am so upset to find out that Alexa will no longer do my treatments. She is fantastic in what she does. I have never had any untoward effects from the laser treatments. Not happy. And I am an RN. Alexa should be grandfathered in despite not being an RN!”

“Joanna and Alexa were very helpful and welcomed me on my first visit. I’m trying to remove my old tattoo so I can get a cover up tattoo. Joanna was very informative, and even went beyond and asked for Billy, a tattoo artist nearby, for his professional opinion and to assess how many sessions it would take for the cover up. Alexa was also friendly, and made me feel comfortable during the treatment. Overall, my first visit went smooth. Would be going back for my second session”
