“I recommend Removery in White Plains - particularly Elsie and Bruno - without hesitation! I needed to have my microblading removed — over time, the dark brown pigment changed to a reddish tone and it looked terrible. Bruno and Elsie were genuinely kind and upfront with me from the start, explaining that with reddish tattoos, laser treatment might actually darken the pigment rather than remove it. We did a test patch in a small area first and it did get darker - like a grayish black color. Rather than pushing me to continue, they told me to go home and think about it for a couple of weeks. I did and I realized that darker brows were exactly what I'd wanted all along. I came back, we did the full treatment on both brows and the results were great. Kind of like my dark microblading was refreshed. One treatment session completed both brows in a few minutes. We laughed a lot because no one comes in for a tattoo removal seeking to have it darkened but all agreed the results were pretty great in this case. Elsie and Bruno know their stuff, they're straight with you, and they clearly care about the outcome as much as you do.”
