“40 minute commute just to be told to come back another day. I usually go to the Flatiron location out of convenience, but due to a busier schedule I decided to go to the Astoria location. Had an appointment for 4 PM, but due to a train delay, I was 13 minutes late. I'd assume there's no problem since my tattoo is very small and takes the Flatiron staff less than 15 minutes to complete. Got to the front desk, where I waited a few more minutes for the receptionist and was then told my appointment had been given to the next person and that I'd have to come back another day. I explained the situation, but was then told that I was a "no-show" because I arrived outside of my appointment's 15 minute window. Called customer support and was told that the grace period is 10 minutes. Not only is this inconsistent, but it is not explicitly mentioned in any confirmation emails or texts. It's not even found on the website or Google search of "Removery grace period." Don't bother going to this location. Zero regard for your time and clearly offers no training in basic customer service. At the very least, give your customers a call if you suspect they are running late before making an executive decision to waste an hour and a half of their time.”

They examined my tattoo in detail and with great precision and kindness explained to me how many treatments it would take to remove the tattoo, what the prices were, etc. I look forward to the future association with them. They took the time to explain what to expect, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease before starting. The treatment itself was quick and handled very professionally.
