“I recently transferred from the Mineola location after it closed, and although I was a little hesitant because it happened so quickly, my experience has been great. The Merrick office is clean, spacious, and has a very calm, welcoming atmosphere. Tiffany at the Mineola location and Daniela at the Merrick location were both amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable. I also love that the staff is women. Scheduling is super easy with the app, and the young lady at the front desk—I didn’t get her name—was very well spoken and professional. Unlike some other places I’ve been, I never felt judged or awkward. There’s also convenient parking. I highly recommend this treatment and this team to anyone considering tattoo removal!”

“I have gone to both the Merrick and Huntington locations to remove a small tattoo on my finger (10 sessions done already), both are amazing and have taken great care of my tattoo removal. Painful process but very quick. May seem pricey but it is better to pay up front and worth it to start your journey as soon as possible! Most of my sessions have been at the Merrick location, so shoutout to all the ladies there, they are so wonderful and have made my process seamless so far! Very thankful to be continuing my sessions with them.”

“While the workers are generally friendly enough, this is terribly run company. To start I would not have picked this company had I known I would have to come to this location. I had started at the Mineola branch closer to my house, unfortunately that location closed down, and now this is the closest location. At both locations, I have had them repeatedly cancel my appointment only a day or two before hand. This happens because each location only has one laser person, so if they arnt there nothing gets done, no redundancy at all!! Beyond that once your appointment is canceled you do not have priority for rescheduling, they have just canceled my appointment and the soonest they can get me is more than 2 months away. Mind you my tattoos are not large it takes maybe 10 minutes of laser time, and they can't find an open 10 minute slot for 2 months, completely unacceptable! To add insult to injury, once they reschedule your appointment for months in the future, it is next to impossible to get an actual person on the phone, to try to find a sooner option, they have an incredibly convoluted phone tree, that will often loop around and tell you to call the number you are currently talking to. Finally their laser seems to be underpowered or the technicians not applying it correctly, I have been coming more than a year, and my tattoos are all still plainly visible and only moderately faded. They also will space appointments out more the more times you come, this makes no sense to me wouldn't you need more laser time to get rid of the deep and hard to reach ink. Unfortunately I payed for everything upfront so I am tied to this place. I thought for the premium price the service would be at least tolerable, but it really isnt. Save your money and go somewhere else.”

“My consultation was very professional and thorough. The entire process of tattoo removal was explained along with before/after pictures. I was able to get started right after my consultation, which was very convenient. In fact, I was so pleased with the initial results that I went back a week later to start the process of having my second tattoo removed. I can't thank you enough!”

After speaking with my technician who informed me I may need more session which is wild. The technician was very helpful and good but the misleading information and overselling is not cool at all.”

“I’ve been coming here for 2 years. They don’t have enough staff or hours to accommodate the demand after another location closed. Appointments are booked out 3 months in advance but most appointments are supposed to be 6-8 weeks apart. You also can’t book more than 1 appointment ahead.”
