I booked an appointment here and over the course of six months they canceled on me three separate times, often with little to no notice. Each time I had already arranged my schedule around the appointment, only to have them cancel again. What makes it worse is that they had already taken my money, yet there was no urgency or concern about repeatedly canceling. It feels like once they get your payment, your time simply doesn’t matter. At this point it feels completely unprofessional and disorganized. I’ve been more than patient, but canceling on a customer three times over half a year while holding their money is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a place that respects your time and commitments.”

“I have a very small tattoo (1”) and after 3 sessions there is definitely significant fading but now they’re trying to sell me a $1200 package on top of the $600 package I initially purchased. It feels like they pull you in and then the switch. They’re saying now 10-12 sessions to fully remove. I am not going back to Removery. I will finish the rest of removal somewhere else. Do not like the sales tactics and lack of progress at Removery”

“I had such a great experience with Removery Tattoo Removal. The staff in Mineola were so informative and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go and just sit through a consultation. The laser removal pain is different for everyone, but I think going through the process with people who actually have such great personalities makes the process a bit more tolerable. I would recommend this place to anyone who is nervous about the process.”
