“I just had a really inappropriate & unprofessional interaction with a staff here. It was my first time coming to this bay ridge location & I have been in other Removery places such as Dallas, TX and Williamsburg. Both locations have such amazing staff. I have really positive experience with Removery & honestly people should really go to this company to get their tattoos removed. They’re amazing, and they have locations everywhere & are very accommodating even the customer service line is really awesome. But this location in Bay Ridge with an extremely unprofessional staff is such a turn off. I have since filed a complaint.”

This was my first time ever going to this location. My regular location is the Atlantic Avenue location in Brooklyn New York and I have been to the location in Williamsburg In Brooklyn, New York. And honestly, I can say I love them all. Today I had my eighth session. My Tattoo is almost gone. It will probably take around 4 to 6 more treatments, but I’m totally fine Because they have reasonable prices, I would never go anywhere else.”
