“Most concerning was my recent visit, where I was treated in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. I politely asked the technician what treatment level was being used, and I was told, in a rude tone, that I “would not understand the professional information.” This response was inappropriate and unprofessional. Not recommend! Here especially staten island!”

It's not in a high traffic space so if you're like me and get nervous for your appointment it's great not having a bunch of stimuli around. Carmen is amazing and explained what she was doing every step of the way. These treatments hurt and I never get used to the process so I really appreciated Carmen taking her time and keeping me informed until we were done.
