“This was a 10/10 experience! I very anxious, nervous, and excited but the team at Removery were so kind and helpful. Specifically Yazmin and Xavier made me feel extra safe and comfortable. Tattoo removals look very painful and Yazmin was extremely affirming. Both her and Xavier have very relaxing and calm energy. They are patient, they speak slow, they answer your questions. They ask you questions make to make sure you understand. I didn't feel rushed. They really took their time with me and I will be forever grateful. Plus Yazmin's voice is so soothing, even though you're experiencing the worse pain in your life, she's just so affirming. 'You're doing great' 'You're amazing' .. it was super thoughtful and genuine. For this to be my first tattoo removal experience, I'm so grateful it was specifically with this team. 10/10 highly recommend. Run do not walk. This was an amazing experience.”

“Not as described. Tried to sign me up for unlimited sessions, while I have only 2 left for the final. Then they pretend to perform a service with no effect, so you continue coming. It’s a hook. Never answers questions, on when it will be complete. I’m not sure if providers are actually licensed professionals. Do not recommend! It’s an advertised fraud! You will never get rid of your tattoos here.”
