“I loved the welcome the front Desk Satff (I didnt get the women's name)an when I was doing my consult the Gentleman (Brandon) was also very helpful an my son was with me ... asking all the questions !!! An Help handled him like his own ... appreciate that !!! I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect an if pain ... but depends on the size of the tattoo is how long it will take an the pain level range !!! I was done in 5 mins if that. Thank you for making this experience a great one I had the pleasure of meeting a new Staff (NGOC)Member she is great I was late an she was still able to accommodate me without having to reschedule an she is personable and professionalism was amazing...”

“I had a horrible experience. I’ve been going to the same location for over a year and always had good experiences even with all the pain involved. I called customer service after and received the most indifferent, dismissive conversation with a customer service representative in recent history with any company. I’m so disappointed the quality of service has diminished so greatly. I hope there is a plan in place to revamp customer interactions and return to the exceptional standard they once had.”

(Unfortunately, I can’t post the results because of the location) But trust me I have never felt embarrassed about the location of my tattoo. The staff has been warm and they hate me feel very comfortable. I will truly recommend remove free for anyone who has a tattoo that they want to remove.”

“Staff are all super kind and chill! Sessions are really fast (10-20 minutes total for my tattoo which is an arm wraparound, and maybe only 5 minutes for the actual laser portion). I’m on my third session and I’m already beginning to see results! Update: my tattoo is almost fully gone and I started removal on a second one. I love Removery they’re the most reliable in the game!!!”

“This one Star is solely for Brenden not the facility or other staff members. I came in today for an updated tattoo removal consultation and left feeling extremely uncomfortable. What’s surprising is that the consultant was the same person who handled my consultation a year ago. That appointment went smoothly, so I wasn’t expecting any issues this time around. During today’s consultation: • The conversation repeatedly drifted away from tattoo removal and into personal topics. • He kept asking about my perfume and where I purchased it. • He pressed me for details about a recent work trip after I had already made it clear I wasn’t comfortable sharing that information. • He brought up his ex and other personal matters that had nothing to do with the consultation. • The interaction felt less like a professional appointment and more like an attempt to get to know me personally. I remained polite throughout the appointment, but I was there to discuss tattoo removal—not my personal life nor his. As the conversation continued: • He told me I was being “passive,” which completely caught me off guard. • I asked where that was coming from because I felt our conversation had been cordial the entire time. • I eventually had to ask where he thought the conversation was going because I was becoming increasingly uncomfortable. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, I felt like my discomfort was dismissed and treated as though I was creating a problem where there wasn’t one. At that point, I chose to end the consultation and informed Brenden that he was making me beyond uncomfortable and I will be ending the session but I hope he’d have a good rest of his day. I’ve never had to stop an appointment because a staff member crossed professional boundaries. As a woman of color being told this by a random man is beyond me on Juneteenth. Clients should be able to attend a consultation without feeling pressured into personal conversations or made to feel uncomfortable when they set boundaries. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and suggesting anyone is looking into the Williamsburg location ensure you are not being tended to by Brenden.”
