“After one session they made me some black scares inside my Tatoo . I get information that they were thinking is blue color inside the cross when it was obviously white so that’s why that person who was doing treatment used a laser . After they made me big black taches they said because it’s white color . If I could know they gonna damage my skin more I would never shone for that . Now I heard they only gonna treat the black line of the cross and don’t touch inside what’s already damage . So know I have to walk with damage skin. Everyone who’s gonna do a treatment here think twice cause it’s ease to charge you upfront but when things go wrong then it’s ’’ normal ‘’ . This wasn’t my first removal session and damage like this has never happened .”

“These 4.9-star reviews have to be fake... there’s no way Removery deserves that rating. They clearly invest far more in marketing than in their actual technology or service. I’ve been going for over 5 years and I’m now on session 22. This isn’t some massive, colorful tattoo - it’s just simple black ink initials on my chest. After all this time and money, I’ve completely given up on Removery due to their incompetence and my total loss of patience. What finally pushed me over the edge is how they keep canceling and pushing back my appointments with no explanation, even as we’re supposed to be nearing the finish line. They just find ways to drag out this process. If you’re considering tattoo removal, please avoid Removery at all costs. Go to a real specialist or MD instead as you’ll be much happier with the results. I think they literally pluck their "clinicians" off the streets - they don't seem professional nor do they seem like they have a license.”

“I had such a great experience. Angela took me in for a consultation and explained the cosmetic tattoo removal process. I felt super comfortable with her explanation and with the results she believed I could have. I decided to start the process and I am so happy I did. The results are WAY BETTER than I could have imagined after just one session. It definitely hurts, but the technique Angela used was quick. She was also happy to take breaks when I needed it. Besides the amazing results, Angela and Arlinda were sweet and I felt like they really cared. I’ll be happy to go back in 8 weeks for my second session.”
“I walked into your place today and felt like I was in a very sterile environment. Like a lab. Prompted me to begin asking questions . I love what you do but I am so sad that you are letting the staff go because they are not medically trained . They were what made the place feel right to me. It would seem to make better sense to keep them on and allow them to get the certification necessary . Their training should be acknowledged. I have paid for my removal and will continue to come in until my tattoo is gone but I don’t think I will recommend Removery again. It is sad . As to the work done today , it was fine . But I can feel how the change is going to effect the environment”
“Today was my consultation and first session, and I had an amazing experience! My specialist Angela was very helpful and kind. Can’t wait to come back for more sessions! EDIT: I wish I can add another review but I can’t so I’ll just add to this one, wanted to thank Arlinda for my last visit, she was very informative and sweet! Really made my experience easier, thank you again! Great staff”
“Extremely chaotic system for scheduling appointments, they changed my appointment times multiple times without my permission. And they can’t promise the appointments are secured. When you go in for consultation they would say there are 8 weeks healing periods in between appointments, but now they scheduled my appointments 4 months apart, they are saying 12-18 weeks are better for healing. If I want to get my tattoo removed, it will take 8-10 times and that’s more than 3 years. Be aware of what you are getting into.”
“From my very first appointment at Removery Flatiron, Tamera set the tone with her warm, professional demeanor. She is patient with questions, never rushed, and genuinely invested in your comfort throughout the process. She’s very knowledgeable, walking you through exactly what to expect at each session while providing thorough, aftercare tips. During treatments, she checks in regularly to make sure you’re doing okay, and when it comes to booking follow-ups, she’s accommodating and works around your schedule without any hassle. If you’re considering tattoo removal and feeling nervous, Tamera will put you completely at ease. She’s a true professional and a standout at the Flatiron location.”
“I’ve been going to Removery for tattoo removal for years, and I’ve consistently had such a great experience. The staff is always fast, efficient, and incredibly kind. Laser tattoo removal isn’t exactly something you look forward to, but they make the process so much easier by being warm, personable, and professional every single time. Appointments are quick, everything runs smoothly, and I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re considering tattoo removal!”
