The two ladies at the front desk greeted me warmly, were incredibly kind, and walked me through the entire process, making me feel comfortable from the start. “After 9 successful visits and achieving almost full resolution of my tattoo removal, I suffered significant skin damage at my last appointment, resulting in long-term skin discoloration that remains over a year later. Immediately after my last session, I could tell that my skin was reacting very differently than prior visits. At that point the treating practitioner mentioned the laser had just been serviced and was operating stronger than it had been previously. A front desk associate was called in and claimed this was a normal reaction. My skin was subsequently damaged and scarred, even on areas outside of the tattoo. When I contacted customer care, they advised me to seek outside medical care for treatment, admitting their own staff couldn't prescribe or provide the necessary recovery treatments. An outside specialist later confirmed that laser settings must be calibrated differently after servicing to prevent this exact type of injury. While I understand hyperpigmentation can be a known risk of laser treatments, the timing of this severe reaction immediately following the machine's servicing—combined with the staff’s own comments—leaves me with no confidence in this location's protocols. Additionally, scheduling at this location is poorly managed. On multiple occasions, I was left waiting long past my scheduled times because staff prioritized last-minute walk-in consultations over existing, paying clients.”
