I had some stubborn red that barely faded before, but the doctor here used a different laser just once and the results already matched what I saw after six sessions on the black ink. “The office itself is fine, very friendly staff. But Removery phone and app could be better when trying to reschedule/ask for help. I utilize multiple locations, but I used to mainly go to Cinnaminson. When I called the Woodbridge number to ask for help with directions, it connected me with Cinnaminson, which was just annoying. It would be so much easier if it just connected you with a real person instead of having to go through the system.”

They’ve been through the process themselves, so they truly understand the pain and discomfort that come with it. They have great bedside manner, take their time, and always let me take short, frequent breaks when I need them. I was so excited when a new location opened near my house (no more traveling across the bridge!) and I went in with an open mind after being told that the doctor there was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Five minutes into my appointment, I ended up leaving in tears. The tech wouldn’t listen to me, and I lost all trust in him. I repeatedly asked him to go slower and to pause occasionally, but he continued even as I was screaming in pain. He told me to “stop squirming” instead of showing any understanding or compassion. He also didn’t use the cold air, which helps make the procedure more tolerable. Despite me clearly telling him what I needed, he just kept insisting I stay and asking what he could do differently — even though I had already told him multiple times. Bedside manner matters, especially for something as painful as tattoo removal. I paid for an unlimited treatment package, and I shouldn’t feel rushed or dismissed. I don’t care if it takes longer or if it has to be split into two sessions — I just want to be treated with patience and kindness. This procedure is incredibly painful, and empathy makes all the difference.”

“This was my first time at this location. The space is beautiful and the technician was friendly. Before treatment, I clearly stated that only the numbers on the left side of my neck were to be treated. During the session, I realized he was lasering the entire tattoo. If I hadn’t noticed and spoken up, the whole piece would have been treated against my instructions. He stated it “wasn’t marked off” and that previous photos showed no markings, which is concerning since this was my fifth session and prior technicians have consistently marked that area. I was told they would offer a “touch-up cost,” though it wasn’t clearly explained. I hope management takes this seriously and reinforces proper protocol to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.”

“Went to the new, very convenient location and it is beautiful, easy to get to lots of parking. Staff is amazing and doc is always so wonderful! On time, super quick and my removal is coming along as expected I have no complaints! If you are considering doing a removal this is the place to be!”
